Services

Applied AI Partners provides AI consulting, training, software tools, and implementation services for insurance agencies. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements between Applied AI Partners and each client.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Applied AI Partners LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Products and Subscriptions

Our software products (including PolicyIQ, MeetingIQ, and ChatIQ) are offered as subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as outlined at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing and account information
  • Use the products only for their intended purpose
  • Not share account credentials with unauthorized users

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

SMS / Text Messages — A2P 10DLC Program

Program name: AgencyIQ Insurance Communications

Program description: Applied AI Partners operates a master-brand A2P 10DLC SMS program that enables insurance agencies using our AgencyIQ platform to send transactional and informational text messages to their existing customers. Agencies use AgencyIQ to deliver renewal reminders, finalized policy signature requests (sent via PandaDoc), appointment confirmations, and policy-related follow-up messages to clients with whom they have an existing business relationship. Applied AI Partners may also send transactional account messages directly to its own subscribers and prospects who have provided their phone number through our website or sales process.

By providing your phone number to an insurance agency that uses AgencyIQ, or directly to Applied AI Partners, you consent to receive SMS messages under the following terms:

  • Recipients: messages are sent only to existing customers of insurance agencies that use AgencyIQ, or to subscribers who have directly opted in via Applied AI Partners.
  • Message types: renewal reminders, signature requests for policy documents, appointment confirmations, policy follow-ups, account notifications, and informational updates.
  • Message frequency: up to 8 messages per recipient per month, varying with policy activity and renewal cycles.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any insurance product or Applied AI Partners service.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges from your wireless provider apply per message; Applied AI Partners does not charge to receive messages.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to any message to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from the sending agency's SMS program.
  • Help: reply HELP at any time for support information, or contact us directly at info@appliedaijax.com or (904) 830-9969.
  • Privacy: your phone number is used only for the SMS program described here and is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
  • Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applied AI Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applied AI Partners LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
