Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.appliedaijax.com and any services provided by Applied AI Partners LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Applied AI Partners provides AI consulting, training, software tools, and implementation services for insurance agencies. Specific service terms, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements between Applied AI Partners and each client.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Applied AI Partners LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Products and Subscriptions

Our software products (including PolicyIQ, MeetingIQ, and ChatIQ) are offered as subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as outlined at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing and account information
  • Use the products only for their intended purpose
  • Not share account credentials with unauthorized users

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

SMS / Text Messages — A2P 10DLC Program

Program name: Applied AI Partners Account Notifications

Program description: Applied AI Partners sends transactional text messages to people who use our software products (MeetingIQ, AgencyIQ, PolicyIQ, ChatIQ) and who have explicitly opted in. Messages are triggered by your own activity in the product and are limited to: appointment booking confirmations, calendar event reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, meeting recording-ready alerts, and account security notifications such as password changes or logins from new devices. Today, MeetingIQ scheduling delivers booking confirmations and reminders by email; this text-message program applies wherever an Applied AI product sends SMS. No marketing or promotional content is sent, and no recurring scheduled messages are sent.

How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box at appliedaijax.com/sms-signup, or the equivalent optional box on our contact form. The box is never pre-checked and is never required to submit the form — if you submit without checking it, you are not enrolled and receive no text messages.

Text messages from an insurance agency are a separate program. Insurance agencies that use AgencyIQ register their own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign and text their own clients under their own name. Applied AI Partners prepares and files those registrations on the agency's behalf as its technology provider, but the agency is the sender, and the agency's own terms and privacy policy govern those messages rather than this page.

If you opt in to text messages from Applied AI Partners, the following terms apply:

  • Recipients: only people who have affirmatively checked the SMS consent box described above.
  • Message types: appointment booking confirmations, calendar event reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, meeting recording-ready alerts, and account security notifications.
  • Message frequency: varies with your activity in the product — messages are triggered by that activity rather than sent on a schedule.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any Applied AI Partners service, nor of creating or keeping an account.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges from your wireless provider apply per message; Applied AI Partners does not charge to receive messages.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to any message to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from Applied AI Partners text messages.
  • Help: reply HELP at any time for support information, or contact us directly at info@appliedaijax.com or (904) 830-9969.
  • Privacy: your phone number is used only for the SMS program described here and is not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
  • Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applied AI Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Applied AI Partners LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
